OUR TECHNOLOGY

Our suite of state-of-the-art augmented reality fabrication equipment means we have the capability to deliver on a diverse range of specifications, and produce tailored solutions for projects of varying scale and complexity.

Currently the first of its kind in Scotland, the LayoutMaster Projection system is an augmented reality fitting assistant which automates the steel fabrication process.

Projecting all the information that an operator needs to precisely tack-weld connections on the beam or on other connections, the equipment helps reduce lead times by increasing our weekly steel fabrication capacity up to 150 tonnes.
