Kenny is the Managing Director and Founder of KR Group Scotland. Having always worked in the Construction industry and after years of working for others, Kenny realised he could introduce smarter solutions and rise to the challenges of the more difficult projects that were being turned down by others, particularly in Steel and Cladding. Kenny’s strengths lie in collaborative working and problem-solving. He is also good at working with clients to overcome any issues and getting projects over the line under tight deadlines. Kenny still enjoys being out on site, working alongside the team, taking a hands-on approach. His responsibilities range from estimating and sales through to staff development and procurement. Kenny is a keen supporter of football and promoting young people in sport.

Nicola is the Business Director at KR Group Scotland and has played a pivotal role in building the Company from its beginnings as KR Steel to where it is today. She has enjoyed a career in construction for 20 years and has a background in social work and psychology. Her experience working with people can be seen through the ethos of the company, with a high regard for staff welfare, sustainability, and development of the young workforce. Nicola oversees the business development of KR Group, working to ensure the company is innovative, forward-thinking and has a solid reputation in the industry. She has a keen interest in HR, staff development and raising the profile of mental health in the construction industry. Whilst she is often busy at KR HQ in Newburgh, Aberdeenshire, she enjoys rolling her sleeves up and getting out on site.
