This part-time position, based at our head office in Newburgh, Aberdeenshire is an exciting opportunity to join a hard-working and supportive team. As a Plant and Facilities Administrator at KR Group, you will be responsible for providing high quality support to our Plant and Facilities department, to help deliver a great service for our customers, and achieve company objectives.
Main responsibilities
- Support with the management of plant and equipment documentation, systems, and compliance.
- Assist with the management of all facilities across KR Group ensuring documentation and systems are adhered to.
- Carrying out financial activities for the plant and fleet division.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven work experience in a similar role.
- Can demonstrate some knowledge of the construction industry (or willing to learn about it!).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to manage own workload, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Committed to continuous improvement, helping to improve processes and develop the department.

Salary: £23,985.00 – £25,837.50 FTE, depending on experience.
Working pattern: Part-time, ideally 12 hours per week. Working pattern can be negotiated.
