We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Operations Support team and begin a rewarding career in business administration within the construction and engineering industry.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you’ll support a wide range of operational activities including plant and fleet administration, compliance, invoicing, facilities, health & safety records, and project support. No two days are the same, giving you the opportunity to gain valuable experience across many areas of the business.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Uses initiative and enjoys solving problems
- Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to get stuck in
- Is resilient, reliable, and committed to learning
- Has an interest in construction, engineering and business
