KR Group were contracted to carry out modifications on the steel and cladding at the Sports Direct unit at Berryden Retail Park for our client O1 Constructive.

As part of this project we had to remove the existing cladding panels, flashings, trims and any secondary steel work. Using steel we supplied and fabricated, we undertook alterations to the existing steel frame to create a new shopfront layout. We supplied and installed the closure flashings to inner cladding panels, drips and insulation.

One of the client briefs was to bring the storefront back to life and catch peoples attention. We hit this brief by giving the storefront a refreshed and modern look which brightens up the area and stands out around all the other shops nearby.

We completed the project on time and within the budget that we agreed with our client.
