Kenny is the Managing Director and Founder of KR Group Scotland. With a lifelong career in the construction industry, Kenny saw an opportunity to deliver smarter, more innovative solutions for challenging projects—particularly in steel and cladding—that others often turned away. His strengths lie in collaboration, problem-solving, and working closely with clients to overcome obstacles and ensure projects are completed on time, even under tight deadlines. Kenny remains actively involved on-site, taking a hands-on approach and working alongside the team. His responsibilities span a broad range of areas, including estimating, sales, staff development, and procurement. Beyond his professional life, Kenny is passionate about football and is a strong advocate for supporting young people in sports.

Nicola is the Business Director at KR Group Scotland and has been instrumental in the company’s growth, transforming it from its roots as KR Steel to the thriving business it is today. With 20 years of experience in the construction industry and a background in social work and psychology, Nicola’s expertise in working with people is reflected in the company’s strong focus on staff welfare, sustainability, and developing the young workforce. In her role, Nicola oversees business development, ensuring KR Group remains innovative, forward-thinking, and highly respected within the industry. She is particularly passionate about HR, staff development, and championing mental health awareness in the construction sector. While often busy at KR HQ in Newburgh, Aberdeenshire, Nicola enjoys getting out on site and taking a hands-on approach whenever possible.
