At KR Group, we’re proud to announce two senior internal promotions. These strengthen our leadership team as the business continues to grow.

The appointments reflect our ongoing investment in our people and structure. They also ensure we are well-positioned to support increasing project demand and future expansion.

Jayne Simpson has been promoted to Head of Finance. This recognises her significant contribution to our financial management and development. In her new role, Jayne will lead financial operations across the business. She will also help strengthen processes and support strategic decision-making as we continue to scale.

Lauren Moroney has also been promoted to Business Operations Supervisor. She takes on an expanded role focused on supporting day-to-day operations. Lauren will play a key part in project coordination and maintaining efficient internal processes across the organisation.

These promotions underline our commitment to developing talent from within. They also recognise the people who contribute to our continued success.
