While a structural beam may look standard, the welded features rarely are, and no two projects are ever the same. The BeamMaster™ gives our team greater control over the welding process, adapting to the specific requirements of each fabrication.

By automating key stages of production, the system eliminates much of the manual drawing process by batch-processing entire structures and simulating weld sequences before fabrication even begins. A built-in SnapCam scans every joint to verify positioning before welding starts, and the BeamMaster’s rotators automatically orient the beam so that each weld is presented in the optimal horizontal position. Rather than requiring operators to stop production, reposition the beam with an overhead crane, and restart the welding process, the system performs these movements automatically throughout the welding cycle. The result is a faster, more streamlined fabrication process without compromising quality.
