Receiving recognition for hard work and dedication is always a great feeling, and this is especially true for Accounts & HR Supervisor, Ailie Finnie, who has recently achieved an accreditation as SVQ Assessor (SCQF level 8) from the Scottish Qualifications Authority (SQA). This achievement has been ongoing for some time, with Ailie putting in long hours and hard work to develop new skills and enhance her understanding of various topics like health and safety, moving and handling, and productive working, all which will support the delivery of the Cladding SVQ at KR Group. 

Despite balancing a near full-time job, Ailie has remained committed to her personal and professional growth. When speaking to Ailie about this achievement she said, “achieving the assessor accreditation is the icing on the cake”, and now looks forward to “continuing her own personal development path while supporting, developing, and assessing new trainees.” 

This recognition is well deserved and speaks to Ailie’s dedication and commitment to her work.
