We’re growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Site Operative with a background in cladding and construction to join our team.
As a Site Operative (Cladding), you’ll play an important role in delivering high-quality work across a range of projects, working as part of our experienced team both on site and in the workshop.
Your role will include:
- Working on wall cladding and roofing projects across various sites
- Cleaning and maintaining industrial roofs and rainwater systems
- Assisting with fabricating/welding projects where necessary
- Operating and maintaining plant and machinery safely
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven work experience in a similar role
- Can demonstrate knowledge of the construction industry
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Interpersonal skills to sustain effective relationships across our business both internally and externally
