What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be part of our fabrication team, learning the skills needed to become a top-class welder and fabricator. Your role will include:
- Mastering MIG and flux core welding techniques.
- Reading technical drawings to fabricate steel products.
- Learning to cut, shape, and weld metal independently.
- Understanding materials, production processes, and quality control.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Learn to weld using different techniques and equipment.
- Inspect and prepare welding surfaces for the best finish.
- Align and clamp components for precision welding.
- Read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Use electrical and manual tools to shape and fabricate metal.
- Ensure high standards of safety and quality.
- Help with maintenance and repairs on structures and equipment.
