For this bespoke project, we fabricated custom-sized louvres to match the client’s exact specifications. Each louvre measured 750mm x 500mm and featured durable 0.7mm leathergrain plastisol in a Juniper Green finish.

To ensure proper airflow while maintaining security, we fitted the front with fixed blades, securely pop-riveted them in place, and installed a fine insect mesh at the rear. As a result, the design effectively allowed ventilation while keeping debris and pests out.

To further simplify installation, we incorporated flanged plates on the sides, allowing the louvres to be mounted quickly and securely. In addition to the louvres, the client also requested multiple 3m-long flashings. To maintain a uniform look and ensure long-term durability, we fabricated these flashings from the same 0.7mm Juniper Green Leathergrain material.

From start to finish, our team worked efficiently to complete the entire fabrication process—including cutting, folding, assembling, and quality-checking—within approximately eight hours. Once everything was ready, we carefully transported the louvres and flashings to their final destination. Shortly after, they were successfully installed on a newly constructed building at a Water Treatment Works near Keith.
