Due to continued growth, KR Group are looking for a Lead Quantity Surveyor or Estimator to join our flexible, supportive team in Newburgh, Aberdeenshire.

Role requirements:
- Proven work experience in a similar role.
- Can demonstrate knowledge of the construction industry.
- Has experience leading or managing a team, to create detailed quotations on time.
- Experience with tender preparation, and liaising with suppliers to ensure best rates.
- Able to assist with programme creation, and tracking progress on sites.
- Can undertake project valuations, final accounts and retentions.
- Able to work accurately, with attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing own, and team workload, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Passionate about learning, and continuous development.
