KR Group were awarded the contract for a steel & cladding alterations project at a Primary School for our client, Pert Bruce Construction.

The project involved the construction of a new single-storey annexe to form a multipurpose classroom/nursery/sensory space with associated wet zones, toilet, nappy change and storage together with associated services, access paths and landscaping.

Our team fabricated the steel to the specifications provided before they erected it on-site to allow building works and associated trades to commence. We later returned to install rain-screen cladding and soffits.

The completed project was exactly what the client had requested and we were delighted to play a part in improving amenities for Early Years Education.
